At Séline Studio, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

30-Day Easy Returns

• Return window: 30 days from the day you receive your order.
• Condition: items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase: your order number is required for all returns.
• Restocking fee: none. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at info@seline-studio.com. After that, your order is being prepared for shipment and can no longer be cancelled. You can then return it by following the steps below.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us: email info@seline-studio.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Receive your return address: we will send you the correct return address and instructions for your order. Please do not send returns to our company address, as these cannot be processed.
3. Pack your item: securely repack the item in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
4. Send it back: ship your return using a tracked shipping method and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Return Costs

• Change of mind: the customer pays the return shipping costs. This applies if you ordered the wrong item, the item does not fit, or you no longer want it.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect item: no costs for you. See below.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a few extra business days before the amount appears in your account.

Exchanges

We exchange incorrect or defective items free of charge. Ordered the wrong size or colour? Please return the item by following the steps above and place a new order for the size or colour you need.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Did your item arrive damaged, defective or incorrect? Please contact us at info@seline-studio.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised items and hygiene products (such as underwear) can only be returned if they are unopened and unused. This does not apply to faulty items.

Orders to the United States

• Return window: 30 days from the day you receive your order.
• How to return: email info@seline-studio.com with your order number. We send you the return address and instructions. Returns go to our international returns address; there is no return address in the United States.
• Return costs: you pay the return shipping, unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Please use a tracked shipping method.
• Refunds: made in US dollars (USD) to your original payment method once we have received and checked your return.
• Duties and taxes: orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no import duties or customs fees on your order.
