At Séline Studio, we offer free tracked shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom and to the United States, with no minimum order value.

Shipping Locations

We ship to the United Kingdom and to the United States.

Orders to the United States

• Where we deliver: the 48 contiguous states and Washington D.C.
• Where we do not deliver: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories, and military addresses (Armed Forces AA, AE and AP, APO/FPO/DPO).
• Processing time: 1–3 business days.
• Delivery time: 7–13 business days after processing, 8–16 business days in total.
• Carriers and tracking: USPS, UPS or FedEx. You receive a tracking link by email once your order has been processed.
• Duties and taxes: orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and customs fees are included, so you never pay anything extra on delivery.
• Held packages: if a package is held by customs or the carrier, we resend it free of charge or refund your order.
• Currency: prices and payment are in US dollars (USD).
• Christmas: order by 1 December for delivery in the United States before Christmas.

Delivery Times

• Processing time (United Kingdom): 1–2 business days. Our warehouse processes orders Monday to Saturday.
• Estimated delivery time (United Kingdom): 7–10 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Our products are shipped from our international fulfilment partners. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods such as sales and holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within the United Kingdom and to the United States is always free. There are no hidden shipping costs at checkout.

Multiple Items

If you order more than one item, your items may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your order on our Track Your Order page. It can take a few days before the first tracking update appears.

Wrong Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer change the address.
