These Billing Terms and Conditions explain how payments and billing work at Séline Studio.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Google Pay

2. Currency and Pricing

• Prices for orders to the United States are shown and charged in US dollars (USD); prices for orders to the United Kingdom in British pounds (GBP).
• The total amount of your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Shipping within the United Kingdom and to the United States is always free.
• Prices may change without notice. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay.

3. Payment Processing

• Payment is required at the time of purchase.
• Orders are only processed and shipped once full payment has been received.
• If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be confirmed. Please try another payment method or contact your bank.

4. Secure Payments

• All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider using SSL encryption.
• We do not store your card or payment details.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

• Refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
• If you have a problem with your order or payment, please contact us first at info@seline-studio.com. We are happy to help and can usually solve the issue quickly.
• Unauthorised chargebacks may be disputed.

6. Fraud Prevention

• We may cancel or hold any order that we suspect of fraud or unauthorised activity.
• We may ask for additional verification for certain orders.
